The Movie I watch this time is Bubbles, a Netflix original anime movie. The two characters I chose to observe are Hibiki and Uta. The characters have their own goals, Hibiki wanted to hear the song he heard when he was younger. Due to his upbringing of having Hyperacusis, he avoid others and live aloof. Uta, the main heroine, wants to understand Hibiki and Humanity. The setting takes place in Tokyo under a huge dome of bubble that shut out from the rest of the world. The denizen are young boys who use parkour to have fun and skills reside. The reason Hibiki wanted to hear that song again because it was the only beautiful sound he ever hear in his life, which is his motivation. While Uta motivate to be with Hibiki because he's the only one to hear her song and it caught her interest. In the movie, Uta true form is an alien bubble from space and it is part of a massive collection of bubbles that spread throughout the city that works like a hivemind. When Hibiki hear her song, it cause her to pursue him and learn more about mankind which turn into love. Their goals are align and end up becoming star-crossed lovers.
